The 8-session Alignment coaching package focuses initially on exploring your inner world of thoughts, beliefs, behaviors, blindspots, and motivations. With a clearer understanding of your self and current situations, we then look at how to create more alignment between your inner world and specific situations or life areas that feel out of sync. Alignment is perfect for people who initially need clarity about their inner world (patterns of thought, belief, and behavior) in order to foster more satisfying relationships, experiences, or dealings in the outside world. The Alignment coaching package consists of eight 60-minute sessions. By the way, if you do the Talk It Out coaching package and then decide to purchase a larger package, the cost of the Talk It Out package will be deducted from the price of the larger package. All coaching is delivered via phone or Zoom.
