The 26-week Evolution coaching package focuses on your entire journey from connecting with your inner wisdom to becoming fully aligned in every area and aspect of your life. Unlike the Clarity, Alignment, and Flow coaching packages which focus on one area or situation, Evolution is for people who want to cultivate more clarity, alignment, and flow in all areas of their lives. It's the perfect way to explore and resolve issues, concerns, or goals all at once. Evolution is not for everyone. Evolution is for people on the path to reconnecting with the deeper meaning of their lives and living accordingly. Evolution is experienced as a series of deep dives into your life journey, exploring its contents, facing your fears, acknowledging your truths, and, if necessary, updating long-established beliefs, values, identities, and purpose. And every time you emerge from one of those deep dives, you have more confidence and clarity and all the tools you need to create alignment in your everyday life situations. During the 26 weeks, we will cover the following topics: The Mind-Body Connection The Language of the Mind The Language of the Heart The Essential Self The Survivor Your Life Story Your Priorities The Alignment Process The Shadow The Golden Shadow Integration Next Steps By the way, if you do the Talk It Out coaching package and then decide to purchase a larger package, the cost of the Talk It Out package will be deducted from the price of the larger package. All coaching and groups are delivered virtually (via phone or Zoom).
