The 12-session Flow coaching package focuses on your entire journey from connecting with your inner wisdom to becoming fully expressed in a specific area of your life. The Flow package is for people who have a single specific focus and want: 1) Clarity - Connecting with inner wisdom and understanding one's unconscious motivations and patterns of thought and behavior, 2) Alignment - Making sure your inner and outer worlds are in sync, and 3) Flow - Identifying and dealing with the obstacles that arise along your path. The Flow coaching package consists of the following: - 12 60-Minute Sessions - Unlimited email messages By the way, if you do the Talk It Out coaching package and then decide to purchase a larger package, the cost of the Talk It Out package will be deducted from the price of the larger package. All coaching is delivered via phone or Zoom.
