Every week, you'll learn and experience different types of mindfulness practices that will help you cultivate a more mindful and relaxed state of mind. Whether you're new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner, our sessions are suitable for everyone. With guided meditations led by experienced instructors, you'll learn different ways of focusing on the present moment in effort to quiet your mind, relieve stress, and recharge your batteries. All you need to participate is a phone or an internet-connected device (desktop computer, laptop, Chromebook, tablet, or smart phone) and headphones (to help block out the sounds of your environment). You can purchase single sessions (45 mins) or a monthly 4-session package. All sessions are online via Zoom. No Zoom account or membership required.
