From Confusion To Clarity

Updated: Nov 27, 2021

WisdomWork Coaching helps you get what you want by employing our unique 4-step process: Clarity, Alignment, Flow, and Evolve.

When unexpected change happens, everything is affected including plans, goals, and dreams. Goals can become hazy, and plans need to be adjusted. To deal with the confusion, anxiety, and stress of unexpected change, WisdomWork follows a simple 4-step process: Clarity, Alignment, Flow, Evolve.

CLARITY focuses on getting in touch with one's inner wisdom vs. patterned ways of thinking and responding. By taking a step back and seeing situations through different lenses, you are enabled to have a much clearer sense of what is happening and what, if anything, needs to change.

ALIGNMENT focuses on learning how to embody your identity, beliefs, and values and use your gifts, talents, skills, and abilities to live your purpose. When grounded in your inner wisdom, the alignment process is a great tool for instantly knowing what, if anything, needs to change.

FLOW focuses on learning how to deal differently with the obstacles that are currently in between you and your objectives. Because you now have clarity of vision for your life that is grounded in alignment with your purpose, you will be enable to interpret and approach obstacles in ways that always serve your highest purpose.

EVOLVE focuses on the ongoing practices that support continued clarity, alignment, and flow. Mindfulness practice, dream interpretation, journeying, circling, and journaling are a few of the ongoing activities that make adapting to change a rewarding personal growth experience.
