When I first started coaching, in addition to utilizing my understanding of human behavior, I focused on using tools like numerology, astrology, and tarot cards to help people decode and interpret the puzzles of their circumstances. Eventually, I moved away from using those more esoteric tools to a more psychological-based approach. These days, as a WisdomWork coach, I utilize a combination of exercises, tools, and practices that come from many disparate, alternative, and holistic philosophies, models, and disciplines including hypnotherapy, neuro-linguistic programming, medicine work, and mindfulness practice.
WisdomWork is a powerful life coaching process that 1) understands that life is a psycho-spiritual process of growth and development and thus 2) helps you create more clarity, alignment, and flow in your life by guiding you to your Inner Wisdom.
WisdomWork is deep work; it is soul work. It is about taking a long, unbiased look at the meaning of your life, determining what is important now and what you no longer need, working through your shadows, updating your goals, and moving forward with clarity and alignment.
Wisdom work is not for everyone. Is it for you?
